We have received your request and are working on getting back to you as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on your email and make sure to check junk/spam. 

Please carefully review our policies below. 

After you submit your request, please be on the lookout for an email from us. We will first provide a quote and then an invoice if you choose to proceed. All orders must be paid for in full up front to be confirmed. 

Due to an extremely high volume of requests, we are not able to accept last minute orders. We recommend inquiring at least two weeks prior to your event date.

Our cakes are extremely fragile, so we are not able to ship them. We provide white glove delivery service within 20 miles of Atlanta. 

We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.  However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within two months of your initial order. 

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up or delivered. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. 

Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist’s work exactly.

Please note that there is a strict 15-minute window for pick up. After 15 minutes, we will leave. You will then have the option to pay for delivery or pick up at our next availability, which may be the following day.
