Orders are booked on a first come, first served basis. To secure your date, payment must be received in full. Until then, your date remains available to other customers.

We currently do not offer the following: cheetah or leopard print designs, cakes requiring photos or edible images, burn-away cakes, fondant or chocolate decorations, flavors outside of our listed menu options, fresh or faux floral arrangements (buttercream flowers only), or multi-tiered cakes.

Our cakes will stay completely fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and 2 weeks in the freezer.

We do not offer refunds after an order is placed. However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within two months of your initial order.

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner.

Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist’s work exactly.

Pickups are from 11 AM to 3 PM. Please note that there is a strict 15-minute window for pickup. After 15 minutes, we may be able to accommodate a later pickup time if we are available; however, if we are not available, pickup may need to be rescheduled for the following day.
